Business Ombudsman asks to simplify movement of employees of businesses allowed to resume work from May 1

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyz Business Ombudsman Robin Ord-Smith asked the government and the parliament to free employees of enterprises and businesses whose activities are allowed from May 1, 2020 from getting passes for free movement in the city, the Business Ombudsman's Office said. It will simplify the activities of entrepreneurs, optimize the work of the commandant's offices in issuing these passes, and eliminate corruption risks.
The Business Ombudsman proposed to simplify procedure for the employees of enterprises and businesses to cross the sanitary and quarantine checkpoints such as obtaining just one pass for the entire company. The employees whose companies have such passes could just show documents proving they work in that enterprise.
