AKIPRESS.COM - If people continue breaching quarantine requirements, tough restrictions will have to be reinstated, Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev told a briefing today. Despite loosening of restrictions, the state of emergency remained in effect in several towns and a district, he reminded.
"Yet, we see lots of people going into the streets. Sales outlets restarted functioning intensively, as well as big and small markets. Lots of people are noticed there. This increases risk of transmission of coronavirus," Deputy Health Minister Usenbayev emphasized.
The Deputy Health Minister recommended that citizens follow reasonable recommendations. He underlined social distancing will allow to achieve the situation when transmission of infection will sharply decline.
"However, if the same situation is observed, we will have to reinstate tough restrictions," the Deputy Health Minister said.
