Draft budget resolution: Expenditures not subject to sequestration

AKIPRESS.COM - Draft budget resolution of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021 and forecast for 2022-2023 proposes to exclude some expenditures from sequestration.
These areas include waste recycling, combating environmental pollution, restoration of ecosystems (state forest fund, natural parks and reserves), conservation and restoration of biological diversity, financing of health care sector.
The budget resolution should be the main guideline for drafting the budget laws for 2021 and the forecast for 2022-2023.
