Vice PM visits injured in Kyrgyz-Tajik border conflict in Batken region

AKIPRESS.COM - Vice Prime Minister Akram Madumarov visited those injured in Kyrgyz-Tajik border conflict in Batken region on May 10 as a part of his working visit to the region.
Akram got acquinted with the condition of injured border guards, the government reports.
During the trip, Madumarov held meeting with representatives of law enforcement agencies and local authorities to stabilize the situation in the region.
A number of instructions were given to relevant state bodies and local authorities to strengthen security measures, take a set of measures to de-escalate tension in border villages and maintain public order, as well as on further activities of working groups on delimitation and demarcation of the state border.
