Local administrations may impose quarantine since May 11 in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Region administrations and mayors have right to impose quarantine and restrictions in their jurisdictions on the basis of recommendations of local epidemiological commissions in accordance with the latest changes made in the laws on public health and civil defense, Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev told a briefing today.
The state of emergency ended since May 11, the emergency situation remains in effect across the country, the Deputy Health Minister said.
