AKIPRESS.COM - Several categories of citizens may freely pass roadblocks surrounding Bishkek, mayor Aziz Surakmatov told a briefing today. They include public and municipal servants, doctors, law enforcers, emergency workers, media workers, workers of public utilities companies and power companies.
These workers should have employee ID cars or employment confirmation.
Roadblocks may be also freely passed by sellers of agricultural producers.
In other cases citizens should present ID, proof of residence, employment confirmation certified by a tax authority.
The State Tax Service will not require to pay overdue taxes when asked to certify the employment confimation, the mayor said.
"Employers should prepare employment confirmations for their workers and certify them at the State Tax Service. At the beginning of the state of emergency there were cases when passes of the commandant's offices were forged or sold by some fraudsters. To prevent forgery this time and reduce contacts in the city, the decision was made that employment confirmation should be certified by tax authorities," the Bishkek mayor said.
