AKIPRESS.COM - Several sanctions are foreseen in the regulations for violation of quarantine and sanitary rules by reopened companies, Bishkek mayor Aziz Surakmatov said today.
The recently adopted amendments tightened sanctions and fines vary between 1,000 soms ($13) to 180,000 soms ($2,250). The size of fine depends upon severity and is determined by medical professionals, sanitary inspectors or police, he said.
"A particular attention will be paid to violation of sanitary norms, namely no wearing face masks. This will be fined from 1,000 soms ($13) to 5,000 soms ($65)," mayor Surakmatov said.
Disruption of public order during emergency situation will be punished with the fines from 5,500 soms ($70) to 17,000 soms ($212).
Violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules will lead to fine from 1,000 soms to 27,000 soms ($340).
Failure to address disclosed irregularities demanded by authorized agencies will be fined from 3,000 soms ($40) to 13,000 soms ($165).
Violation of emergency situation requirements will be fined from 15,000 soms ($187) to 60,000 soms ($750), or punished with restriction of freedom up to 1 hear, or public works up to 60 hours.
Breaching home quarantine will be fined from 30,000 soms ($375) to 60,000 soms ($750).
"These norms were adopted, the sanctions were toughened and probably they will be applied in Bishkek," he said.
