China hands over personal protective equipment to Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - China has handed over humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan, the Kyrgyz government's press service said today.
Deputy Prime Minister Akram Madumarov and Ambassador of China Du Dewen attended the handover ceremony.
100,000 RT-PCR test systems, 30,000 medical goggles, 30,000 N95 masks, 150,000 medical masks, 1,000 thermometers were airlifted from China by the chartered flight.
Deputy Prime Minister Akram Madumarov said the government of China provides advisory assistance in addition to humanitarian aid.
"The team of medical experts from China visited Kyrgyzstan in April, who delivered training for healthcare workers, shared their experience in fight against coronavirus infection, visited several medical facilities in Kyrgyzstan," he said.
Ambassador Du Dewen said Kyrgyzstan was among the first countries that provided humanitarian aid to China to support the efforts in containment of coronavirus infection.
