3,334 COVID-19 tests made for last 24 hours in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Some 3,334 COVID-19 tests were made for the past 24 hours and only 6 tests had positive results, Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev stated.
The contacts, persons at entry points and suspected cases are tested for COVID-19.
The contacts of the confirmed cases reached 5,228.
2,146 people stay at observation points across Kyrgyzstan.
"More than 2,000 citizens of Kyrgyzstan are arriving from abroad. We take them to the observation points, examine, test them, in case of negative test results, they are placed under home quarantine. In 2 weeks, we test their samples for COVID-19 repeatedly, if they test negative, they are discharged from home quarantine," the Deputy Health Minister explained.
