Uzbekistan confirms 5 more COVID-19 cases, 2,691 in total

AKIPRESS.COM - Uzbekistan confirmed 5 new COVID-19 cases by 10.00 a.m. on May 16.
The total number of confirmed cases reached 2,691, the Ministry of Health said.
One case is a long-haul truck driver, who arrived from Russia on May 14. Four other cases were confirmed among those who were quarantined at hospitals.
2,158 coronavirus patients recovered so far. The coronavirus recovery rate reached 80%.
522 patients remain in hospitals. 8 of them are in serious condition.
