Kyrgyzstan produces over 399 thousand tons of milk in 4 months

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan produced 399.2 thousand tons of milk in January-April 2020.
Milk production increased by 2.4% year on year, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
Milk production increased in all regions of the country.
The increase in milk production was due to the growth in the number of cows by 22.6 thousand and the increase in the average milk yield per cow by 8.7 kg (479.8 kg-488.5 kg).
