Kyrgyzstan to have day off on May 25 due to celebration of Eid al-Fitr

AKIPRESS.COM - May 25 will be a day off in Kyrgyzstan in connection with celebration of Orozo Ait (Eid al-Fitr), the Ministry of Labor and Social Development said.
"When the Muslim Festivals determined by the lunar calendar fall on week-end, the next day becomes a day off, according to the Labor Code," the Ministry said.
Organizations working 5 days a week will have 3 days off - May 23-25. Organizations working 6 days a week will have 2 days off - May 24 and 25.
