Parents of 55 students stranded in Russia's Kalmykia ask government to bring their children home

AKIPRESS.COM - Parents of undergraduate students standed in Elista, capital of the Republic of Kalmykia, Russia, ask the government to arrange their transportation back to Kyrgyzstan, Turmush reported.
They can't return to Kyrgyzstan since all flights were canceled and the borders are closed.
"They stay at the dormitory. It is hard for them to buy food products. It would be good if children could be able to return," one of the parents said
55 students are stuck in Elista, two of them natives of Chui reigon, the rest are from Issyk-Kul region. They all study at the same univeristy, but from different departments, parents said.
