61 citizens of Uzbekistan pardoned in Turkmenistan

AKIPRESS.COM - 61 citizens of Uzbekistan were released from prisons in Turkmenistan under amnesty, the Interior Ministry of Uzbekistan said.
The citizens were pardoned on occasion of the Night of Mercy.
The Uzbek citizens retuned to home country in accordance with prescribed rules. They were placed under 14-day quarantine.
It was announced earlier President Berdihamedov pardoned 1,402 convicts. 1,192 convicts were released from prisons, 210 foreign nationals among them.
