AKIPRESS.COM - The Uzbekistan Airways plane delivered the second batch of fresh sweet cherries 17.8 tons in weight to Incheon, Dunyo news agency reported.
The sweet cherries collected in Namangan region were dispatched by Gold Dried Fruits Export to South Korean partner NK GlobalNet Co., Ltd.
The Uzbek sweet cherries will be sold in wholesale and retail sale outlets.
The first batch of the Uzbek sweet cherries was delivered to South Korea on May 15.
The Korea Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency permitted 6 companies to export fresh sweet cherries to South Korea, including Gold Dried Fruits Export (Tashkent), Uz-Segang (Ferghana region), Brand Investment Group Agro (Andijan region), Pure Fruit Trade (Namagan region), Namangan Agro Logistics (Namangan region) and Samarkand Garden Plast (Samarkand region).
