Production of processed agricultural goods in Kyrgyzstan amounted to 8.5 bn soms

AKIPRESS.COM - The production of processed agricultural goods in Kyrgyzstan amounted to 8.523 billion soms in January-April 2020, according to the National Statistics Committee. The food production in January-April increased by 0.2%, while the production of drinks decreased by 12% and tobacco products - by 97.2%.
Chui region ranks first in terms of volume of processed agricultural goods production among the regions - 4.6 billion soms, followed by Bishkek - 2.6 billion soms and Issyk-Kul region - 302 million soms.
