Tokayev invites Erdogan to visit Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev had a phone conversation with President of Turkey Recept Tayyip Erdogan and invited him to visit Kazakhstan, Akorda reported. "The Presidents considered the current bilateral relations and their prospects, underlining importance of expansion of mutually beneficial trade and implementaiton of joint investment projects. President Tokayev invited the Turkish President to visit Kazakhstan," the Kazakh president's press service said.
The Presidents also discussed the practical actions in fight against Covid-19. President Tokayev thanked President Erdogan for support and provided humanitarian aid in form of personal protective equipment.
The Presidents vowed to continue a close cooperation in this area.
