All departments of National Maternity and Childhood Protection Center operate as normally

AKIPRESS.COM - The hematology department and maternity hospital of the National Maternity and Childhood Protection Center in Bishkek are operating normally, said the director of the center Kamchybek Uzakbayev.
According to him, the clinical maternity hospital began to receive patients from May 23.
The maternity hospital has been temporarily closed for quarantine as one medical worker got infected with coronavirus. All patients were tested negative for coronavirus. All disinfection work is conducted in the hospital, Uzakbayev said.
The hematology department of the center began operating on May 25.
Reportedly, 7 people contracted coronavirus in department, including 2 children, 3 mothers and 2 medical workers.
Uzakbayev added that all patients recovered. Their disease was asymptomatic, he said.
