Oil refinery for $1.5 million soms built in Batken region

AKIPRESS.COM - The construction of oil refinery was completed in Batken region, Turmush reports.
The plant is located in the Leilek free economic zone. The entrepreneurs from the United States and China invested $1.5 million in the construction of the refinery. It is expected that the refinery will process up to 2,000 tons of raw materials per month, 300 tons of gasoline and 800 tons of diesel fuel. The capacity should increase to 5,000 tons in the future.
1000 tons of raw materials are delivered to the processing plant from the Kairagach site.
The oil reserves in the Arka and Burgondu areas are 1.9 million tons.
