AKIPRESS.COM - The epidemiological situation remains tense in Bishkek. In some cases citizens seek medical assistance over suspected coronavirus, the mayor's press office said. 468 COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Bishkek by the morning of June 2.
The self-diagnostics help line 118 functions in the capital city.
The decision has been made to start household visits by medical professionals.
The mobile teams of medical professionals already visited households in Archa-Beshik, Ak-Orgo, Ak-Ordo, Kok-Jar, Kara-Jigach, Ruhiy-Muras, Altyn-Ordo, Ak Bosogo, Kolmo, Kalys Ordo, Altyn Kazyk, Uchkun, Bakai Ata, Ene Sai, Dordoi, Ak Bata, Ak Tilek residential districts.
The teams do not enter houses. They ask how citizens feel themselves and then make lists depending upon health complaints.
The household visits by mobile teams are aimed to protect citizens from coronavirus and to stop its spread, the mayor's press office said.
