22yo man raped 13yo girl in mall WC and was acquitted, MP says

AKIPRESS.COM - MP Aisuluu Mamashova raised attention to the case of a rape of a 13-year-old girl in the WC of the Bishkek Park mall by a 22-year-old man during the parliament session on June 4.
She requested the Supreme Court to consider this case and make a fair decision as the judge Aibek Ernis uulu acquitted the 22-year-old rapist.
Examination results were obtained, but anyway the man was acquitted, she said.
According to the MP, the 22-year-old has previous criminal record, he was involved in rape when he worked at the children's camp.
"Perpetrator is still in freedom, the girl's rights were not protected. The rapists of little girls should must be imprisonned," Mamashova said.
