GDP of Kazakhstan 1.7% down for 5 months of 2020

AKIPRESS.COM - The GDP of Kazakhstan delcined by 1.7% in January-May 2020, National Economy Minister Ruslan Dalenov said, vlast.kz reported.
"The GDP declined by 1.7%. The production of goods grew by 4.8%. Services sector declined by 6.2%. The annual inflation made 6.7%. This is lower than in the previous month," the Economy Minister said at the government meeting.
"A dynamic recovery is observed in services sector since May. The balance of visible trade is growing as well," the Minister said.
