Doctor contracts Covid-19 at National Cardiology Center in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - A medical worker contracted Covid-19 in the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after academician Mirsaid Mirrahimov under the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan, said center's director Akpai Sarybayev.
According to him, physician was diagnosed with coronavirus diring the inspection. "The physician didn't have contacts with patients, he worked in the lab. All contact persons took coronavirus tests. To date, the epidemiological investigation on this case is underway," he said.
409 medical workers contracted Covid-19 in Kyrgyzstan so far, 294 of them recovered.
