AKIPRESS.COM - More than 20 international air companies expressed readiness to resume flights to Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan Airports reported.
The talks were held with such international air companies as Turkish Airlines, Fly Dubai, Korean iar, Asiana, Air Astana, Aeroflot, Siberia and others.
Resumption of flights and operation of joint flights amid pandemic was in focus of the talks.
"Of course, airports in Uzbekistan are interested in international cooperation in air transportation, delivery of high-quality services to passengers. This will result in devleopment of tourism and export between the countries, increase of investment flows," Ravshan Ismailov, Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Airports, said.
