80yo man gets first ever birth certificate, Uzbek passport

AKIPRESS.COM - A 80-year-old man in Uzbekistan received his first ever birth certificate and passport, local media reported.
Obijon Abdunabiev was born in 1940. He did not have the ID document until now.
The man said he had passport 65 years, but lost it. The man tried to restore the document, but in vain.
"The check found that Obijon Abdunabiev was born at home. His father was fighting in the World War II, but was killed in 1943. The man did not get the birth certificate at htat time," the report said.
