Uzbekistan exports 1 ton of sweet cherries to Malaysia

AKIPRESS.COM - Uzbekistan's Green Food Export dispatched the first consignment of sweet cherries to Malaysia to assess the needs of the market there, Dunyo news agency reported.
The company exported 1 ton of sweet cherries so far.
The cherries were sent in special packages with product of Uzbekistan sign to make cherries recognizable at the local market.
The company hopes to increase fruit exports to Malaysia in near future. The company is in talks with the biggest retail chains.
It also plans to export vegetables since August.
