Kazakhstanis cut off water supply in watershed area on the border with Kyrgyzstan, MP says

AKIPRESS.COM - The Big Chui Canal has no water in Chui region, MP Baktybek Rayimkulov said June 18 at a parliamentary session.
Farmers are disputing over water in Jail and Panfilov districts, he said.
MP claims that the Kazakhstanis cut off water supply in Aspara [watershed area] on the border.
He urged the Prime Minister to deal with it.
