Kyrgyzstan reports 32nd lethal case from coronavirus

AKIPRESS.COM - One more death from COVID-19 has occurred in Kyrgyzstan over the past 24 hours, said Deputy Minister of Health Nurbolot Usenbayev on 19 June.
A man, 55, died in Kyrgyz-Turkish hospital in Bishkek. The patient was hospitalized on June 7 with double pneumonia, acute respiratory failure and acute respiratory distress syndrome.
"He was taken the intensive care, but treatment was unsuccessful. He's been hooked up to a ventilator. The patient had a right ventricular myocardial infarction after he contracted coronavirus. On June 18, the patient died," Usenbayev said.
A total of 32 lethal cases from COVID-19 were confirmed in Kyrgyzstan so far.
