AKIPRESS.COM - 1,500 children in Kyrgyzstan received birth certificates free of charge, State Registration Service Chairman Akyn Mambetaliev said.
The resolution was passed in 2019 under which children in families in difficult life situations are issued birth certificates free of charge, he explained.
