Death toll from coronavirus infection in Kazakhstan rises to 113

AKIPRESS.COM - Eight more patients with COVID-19 died last night in Kazakhstan. A 66-year-old woman, 62-year-old woman, 68-year-old woman and 70-year-old man died in Nur-Sultan. A 68-year-old woman died in Shymkent region. A 70-year-old woman, 62-year-old woman and a 58-year-old patient died in Turkestan region.
The death toll from coronavirus infection reached 113.
Kazakhstan outstrips other Central Asian states in number of confirmed cases and lethal cases. As of May 31, 40 lethal cases linked to COVID-19 were registered. By June 18, the death toll reached 100.
