Import of tobacco products increased by 10.7% since year start

AKIPRESS.COM - The foreign trade turnover of the Kyrgyz Republic in January-April 2020 amounted to $1,753.9 million and decreased by 21.1%, according to the National Statistics Committee. Exports increased by 2.7%, while imports decreased by 31.4%.
Coal imports decreased by 6.2 times, leather goods - by 5.4 times, footwear - by 3.9 times and clothing and accessories - by 2.7 times.
Import of ferrous metals grew by 2.6-fold, tobacco products - by 10.7%, rubber and rubber goods - by 6.2%.
