Alliance Altyn is developing the Jerooy gold deposit in the Talas region.
Reportedly, an employee arrived in Bishkek on May 16 and the virus was confirmed on June 19. The employee's condition is satisfactory, he is quarantined at home and showed no symptoms of the new virus.
The employee did not have a contact with colleagues.
"This will not affect the operation of the Jerooy gold mine," the company said.
