259 million soms of compensations paid out to health workers since March

AKIPRESS.COM - All compensations to healthcare providers involved in the fight against COVID-19 will be paid out. The special commission monitors each case for payments, said Deputy Prime Minister Aida Ismailova at the briefing on June 23.
The guaranteed wages are paid in full, she added.
The physicians have been paid allowances for work in the outbreaks since March, 6,438 doctors were paid 37.8 million soms, she said.
10,601 physicians received 111.6 million soms in April, 8,991 doctors received 109.8 million soms in May. 259 million soms of compensations have been paid to doctors since March, Ismailova said.
