AKIPRESS.COM - The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan passed the amendments to the the legislative acts on alimonies in the third reading on June 24 with 95 votes.
The amendments are aimed to protect rights, interests and needs of minor children. They regulate payment of alimonies to suport a minor child that will allow to reduce the share of children who do not receive alimonies in full.
The amendments set the minimum size of alimonies depending upon incomes of parents, minimum subsistence level according to the age of a child.
Those having overdue alimonies will not be allowed to leave the country.
A parent taking care of child will be allowed to travel with a child abroad without permission of a second parent on the basis of court decision.
