Parliament of Kyrgyzstan ratifies agreements on extradition of offenders, transfer of convicts, legal assistance with South Korea

AKIPRESS.COM - The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan passed the bills on ratification of three agreements between Kyrgyzstan and South Korea in three readings on June 25.
Thus, the bill on ratification of the agreement between Kyrgyzstan and South Korea on extradition of offenders for criminal prosecution and execution of the sentence. The agreement was signed on 14 November 2018.
Another passed bill is ratification of the agreement on reciprocal legal assistance in criminal affairs entered on 14 November 2018.
The third ratified agreement is the agreement on transfer of convicts.
