Total of COVID-19 cases in Uzbekistan reaches 8,222

AKIPRESS.COM - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Uzbekistan grew for 274 for Monday and reached 8,222, the Ministry of Health said.
244 cases were confirmed in quarantine centers, 30 cases were community-acquired.
167 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery, bringing the total number of recoveries to 5,496.
24 patients died.
2,702 patients remain in hospitals, 6 of them are in critical condition.
40,293 people are quarantined at home. 23,485 remain in quarantine centers.
