Restrictions in Bishkek. What is allowed or prohibited?

AKIPRESS.COM - 506 new COVID-19 cases were registered by the morning of July 3 in Kyrgyzstan, 230 cases among them in Bishkek.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in Bishkek reached 2,963.
The special regime of work was introduced in Bishkek earlier.
Trolley-buses, buses and public mini-buses work from 7.00 am to 10.00 am and from 5.00 to 9.00 pm. Public transport stops work on weekends. Taxi service will be working only.
The work schedule of malls, sales outlets more than 100 sq m in size changed: they stay open from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm.
Small stores, kiosks, pavilions less than 100 sq m in size continue work as normally in strict adherence to sanitary norms.
Restaurants, cafes and public catering facilities work from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm. Food delivery is allowed without any restrictions.
Street trade and services are prohibited temporarily, including bicycle rent services, bouncers, etc.
Night clubs, bars, karaoke clubs and other entertainment facilities remain closed.
Functioning of children's playgrounds and entertainment facilities is not allowed.
Parks, boulevards, squares and other public spaces are closed to public.
The above restrictions will remain in effect until improvement of epidemiological situation in Bishkek and are mandatory to all entities, regardless of forms of ownership.
