Tashkent family holds wedding 3 times a day to meet 30-guests limit

AKIPRESS.COM - The family in Tashkent organized the wedding three times per day to meet limit for no more than 30 guests served at once. 79 people got infected with COVID-19 as a result, Minister of Health Alisher Shodmonov reported.
According to the Minister, weddings, family ceremonies assist coronavirus spread.
"For example, 110 COVID-19 cases were registered after 4 weddings. 79 people contracted coronavirus at a wedding in Yunusabad district. The wedding was organized three times for one day to meet the limit for 30 guests," he said.
52% coronavirus cases were registered among people who returned from other countries, 48% of cases are community-acquired for the last 14 days.
