AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced on July 8 that the national day for mourning COVID-19 victims will be held on July 13.
Today the minute of silence will be observed at 12:00 a.m. Nur-Sultan time, president's advisor Erlan Karin reported.
According to Kazakhstan's law on state symbols, flags should be lowered to half-mast on government buildings and diplomatic missions at 12:01 p.m.
Mass media are advised not to post entertaining content and follow black and white range for design.
