Semetey observation point to open intensive care unit for 400 beds

AKIPRESS.COM - The intensive care wards designed for 400 beds will open in the Semetey observation point (the former Gansi base), the government said on July 13.
Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov got acquainted with the work of observation point and the progress of reconstruction work.
"The decision was made to open additional beds due to the increaing number of patients with COVID-19 and pneumonia in Bishkek and Chui region," he said.
Everything necessary for quality treatment and the work of medical personnel will be taken into account here, he said.
The intensive care wards will begin to receive patients from tomorrow. There are a total of 1,700 beds in the observation point.
