The leader by cost of living is Bermuda. The list also includes Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Japan.
Cost of living index is a relative indicator of consumer goods prices, including groceries, restaurants, transportation and utilities. Cost of living index does not include accommodation expenses such as rent or mortgage. If a city has a cost of living index of 120, it means Numbeo has estimated it is 20% more expensive than New York.
According to this index, Uzbekistan is on 130 place of 135 and is included in the list of top 10 of the cheapest countries. She keeps company to Pakistan (135 place), India (134 place), Kyrgyzstan (133 place), Afghanistan, Syria, Tunisia, Nepal, Kosovo, Algeria.

Cost of living and rent is highest in Bermuda, Hong Kong, Singapore, Luxembourg, Switzerland. The cheapest rent is in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Cuba, Nepal and Algeria.
The restaurant prices are highest in Bermuda Isles, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark. The lowest prices are in Tunisia, Algeria, Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka.
Cost of living index by country is updated by Numbeo twice per year.
