Ex-MP Jangoroz Kanimetov has died from pneumonia

AKIPRESS.COM - Ex-MP Jangoroz Kanimetov, father of Karakol mayor Adyl Kanimetov, has died from pneumonia on July 14.
In 1995, Jangoroz Kanimetov was elected a member of the Assembly of People's Representatives of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan. In 1997-2000 he headed the Social Issues Committee of the Assembly of People's Representatives.
In 2000 he became a member of the Legislative Assembly of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan.
The last held post was Provost of Ala-Too International University.
