Health worker suspected of having Covid-19 dies of pneumonia in Turkmenistan

AKIPRESS.COM - A medical worker who was admitted to hospital on 3 July with COVID-19 symptoms died from pneumonia, Chronicles of Turkmenistanreports. On 6 July, the woman's body was handed over to her relatives with a request not to unpack a plastic bag it had been wrapped in. The family members were also advised to bury the woman as soon as possible without any ceremonies involving a large number of people. They were also recommended to refrain from holding funeral ceremonies which are held on the 3rd and 7th days.
At the same time, an increasing number of people wearing masks can be currently seen in Ashgabat.
