AKIPRESS.COM - The nowadays situation has shown hospitals need more intensive care units, Deputy Prime Minister Aida Ismailova said.
"We are visiting several hospitals with our clinical specialists today to consider enlargement of intensive care units in some hospitals in Bishkek. Same work will be carried out across the country," the Deputy Prime Minister said.
The Deputy PM reminded daytime in-patient facilities operate across the country. Bishkek and Osh have nighttime in-patient facilities.
Hospitals having intensive care units, enough beds and medical personnel may be used for treatment of patients with COVID-19, she said.
