Over 10,000 citizens of Kyrgyzstan willing to return from 57 countries

AKIPRESS.COM - More than 10,000 citizens of Kyrgyzstan staying in 57 countries expressed willingness to return to Kyrgyzstan, Foreign Minister's Advisor Almaz Asanbaev told AKIpress.
Most of them stay in Russia, but there are citizens stranded in Africa, Asia, America, Europe, he said.
"Despite ongoing evacuation, huge burden on out diplomatic missions and invaluable support of diaspora activists, the number of citizens willing to return does not lessen. Closed borders create multiplication effect and we should expect that with reopening of borders and resumption of regular flights unprecedented number of citizens will return to Kyrgyzstan," he said.
