Tajikistan confirms 44 new COVID-19 cases, 6,878 in total

AKIPRESS.COM - 44 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Tajikistan for the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Health and Social Security reported.
The total number of confirmed cases reached 6,878.
5,578 patients (81%) recovered. 57 patients died.
168 remained under medical observation for the last 24 hours. 49 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery.
More than 7,500 and 25,000 middle-level medical workers work in 85 hospitals of the country.
