AKIPRESS.COM - Kutman Murzakalykov has been appointed as a head of the Semetey observation point located on the territory of the former GANSI airbase. The hospital has 600 beds and accepts patients of varying degrees of illness.
Murzakalykov was a surgeon at the Mamakeev National Surgery Center.
