Number of patients with pneumonia in hospitals decreases in Nur-Sultan

AKIPRESS.COM - The number of patients with pneumonia in hospitals decreased by 33%, Nur-Sultan mayor Altai Kulteginov stated during a government meeting.
He noted that strict quarantine and enhanced treatment strategy improved the situation.
Minister of Health Aleksey Tsoy earlier reported that two-week quarantine in Kazakhstan declined daily rise of COVID-19 cases from 4% to 2.1%.
The number of recoveries increased by 60%. Calls to ambulance stations became 23% less frequent.
The occupation of provisional hospital beds declined by 20% and that of intensive care beds dropped by 6%.
