Kyrgyzstan imports medicines for 13.144 billion soms in H1

AKIPRESS.COM - Medicines for 13.144 billion soms were brought to Kyrgyzstan for COVID-19 fight, Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov told a briefing today.
For the last 2 weeks, from July 1 to 14, Kyrgyzstan imported 423 titles of medicines and medical supplies for 672.608 million soms, the Prime Minister said.
They included medicines for 489.368 million soms, medical equipment for 142.183 million soms.
Each medical and obstetrician facility in the region of Kyrgyzstan will be provided with personal protective equipment, medicines, medical supplies. This work will be intensified and will be financed not solely from the public budget, other sources of financing should be found as well, the PM said.
