Xinjiang to hand over essential medical equipment to Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador of China to Kyrgyzstan Du Dewen and Deputy Prime Minister Aida Ismailova held a phone conversation on July 20, the Chinese Embassy in Bishkek said.
Ambassador Du Dewen said since coronavirus outbreak China and Kyrgyzstan, like friendly neighbors and strategic partners, always support and help each other in fight against epidemic.
China will continue providing humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan, she said.
Xinjiang government will hand over medical equipment to Kyrgyzstan, including oxygen concentrators, ventilators, video laryngoscopes, defibrillators, thermal scanners, etc. that will be delivered to Bishkek through the Torugart border crossing point in the nearest time, the Ambassador said.
Deputy Prime Minister Aida Ismailova thanked China for support and assistance in fight against coronavirus infection and expressed readiness for further deepening of cooperation with China.
